Privacy Policy
How we handle, process, and protect client, prospect, and scan records across our digital infrastructure.
Last Updated: May 23, 2026. This Privacy Policy governs how Deskulpt ("we", "our", or "us") collects, stores, processes, and protects your information when you access our public website, scanner modules, conversion visualizers, or submit contact forms.
1. Data Collection Protocols
We collect information that you explicitly submit to us (such as names, emails, monthly revenue brackets, and store domains), along with automated telemetry parameters:
- Technical Telemetry: IP addresses, browser agents, network load times, and interface click recordings.
- Scanner Ingests: Baseline storefront metadata, cookies, and public robots.txt files retrieved during scans.
2. Free Website Scans & Heuristics
Our live website scanner retrieves only publicly accessible files (HTML DOM headers, robots rules, CSS layouts, and script containers) to evaluate CRO opportunities. We do not probe database paths or access private API keys.
3. Lead Capture & Webhook Proxying
To prevent scraping exploits and guard form submissions, all client lead captures are securely routed through our Next.js server-side contact API proxy, keeping direct Webhook targets hidden from the client browser.
4. PII Compliance & Security Standards
We implement strict data sanitation rules. Any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) processed is stored using secure local variables or encrypted database tiers, strictly complying with global privacy frameworks.
5. Your Data Rights
You have the absolute right to request access to, correction of, or complete deletion of your submitted lead records at any time. Simply submit your deletion credentials via our contact proxy.
